Onsite Programs – For our high-volume customers, TMD offers a valuable on-site management service. To better serve your needs and ensure efficient organization and communication between you and your TMD temporary employees, we will place a dedicated staff member, as well as all necessary office equipment, at your location to serve as a liaison between you and the temporary staff.
Testing:
· Skills Testing – TMD offers an internet-based clerical
employee testing software. We are able to test our clerical
employees on their knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,
Basic Computer Knowledge, Typing, 10-Key and much more.
· Background Testing– TMD will provide employee background
checks upon client request
· Drug Testing – TMD provides mandatory drug screening
for all injured workers and offers administration of random
drug testing based on client needs.
Locally Processed Payroll (5 days a week) – We process our payroll at each branch location to ensure quick and accurate payment.
WRC “Work” Certified – To be awarded
Workers Compensation Risk Certification (WRC), a company must
undergo a thorough review of their operational practices as
they apply to hiring, client safety evaluations and partnerships,
screening, substance abuse, talent matching, employee orientation,
incident investigations and corrective measures, and return-to-work
programs. The review is then measured against a series of
best practices developed by an advisory council of insurance
carriers, insurance brokers, and staffing industry risk managers.
Risk Control Services (RCS), the nation’s 5th largest independent
risk management consulting firm, conducts ongoing audits of
the operations of each WRC Certified company. Annual audits
are required in order to maintain certification. TMD Temporaries
is proud to be WRC “Work” Certified, which is recognized by
the ASA.
