Dennis: Rory is TMD’s Vice President of Sales and
has full operational responsibility. He has been with the
company for 15 years where he served in many different positions.
He was a crucial part of Houston becoming our largest volume
market and was a driving force for our major computer system
upgrade to TempWorks. He is a graduate of Southwest Texas
State University/Texas State University and an active member
of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Association. Please click

 Ricky
Dennis: Ricky is TMD’s Vice President of Service for
all of our operations. He has been with the company for 17
years. Ricky was an instrumental part of our computer system
upgrade to TempWorks. He is also credited with helping build
the Houston market to one of the largest in the company. Ricky
strives to send qualified employees to our customers and to
supply the service they expect. He attended college in the

 Darlene
Dennis: Darlene is TMD’s National Account Manager
in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been with TMD since its inception
16 years ago and has been in the industry for over 29 years.
Darlene quickly responds to difficult tasks and projects to
ensure they are handled in an efficient manner. In 2006, Darlene
was recognized as TMD’s Manager of the Year. Darlene attended
college in the Baltimore area.
 Fred
Cartmill: Fred is TMD’s National Service Manager. Fred has been with TMD for nine years and has
20 years of industry experience. He prides himself in insuring
clients are being served 110% and in training the branch personnel
to provide the best possible customer service. Fred attended
Southwestern University as well as the University of Texas
at Austin.
 Jennifer Wassman: Jennifer is our Branch Manager over the Carrollton Office. She started working at TMD while still attending High School. She started as a part-time file clerk and has worked her way up to the Sales Manager position and has recently been promoted to Branch Manager. Jennifer oversees all aspects of the branch in the Carrollton Market. She has won numerous sales contests and awards for her efforts. Jennifer’s customers look at her almost like family due to her outstanding servicing techniques.
 Jessica Brower: Jessica is the Area Manager for TMD’s Houston Market. Jessica has been with TMD for three years and in the staffing industry for 16 years. The majority of that time managing large accounts throughout the Southern United States. Jessica obtained her CSP certification in 2006 and continues her education in staffing. She is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BS in Psychology and minor in Human Resources. She is continually striving to grow and prosper our Houston market and take TMD to the top!
 Robert Hawk: Robert is the Area Manager for TMD’s Austin Market. He has been with TMD since 2009 and has 15 plus years of Management / Sales experience. Robert ran a special project in Richmond VA, and after completion was relocated to Austin TX. When he arrived in Austin, he quickly excelled in sales and was promoted to the Area Manager. Robert is a family man with strong work ethics that keep him motivated to being the best.
