Tim Dennis – President and Owner: In all, Tim has 37 years of experience in the temporary staffing industry. In 1971, he began working for a national temp agency as a sales representative. He left the agency in 1987 as the Executive VP and Owner. From 1987 to 1994, Tim served as President and Owner of a consolidated group of temporary help companies. In 1994, Tim opened TMD Temporaries as the President and Owner.

He attended Washburn University where he played college football and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is also a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity Alumni Association.

Tim is on the Board of Directors for Executive Service Corps of Houston (ESCH) and Temporary Services Insurance, Ltd. (TSIL). He is also an annual supporter of the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) and Ducks Unlimited. He is a native Texan who resides in Northwest Houston , where he is an avid supporter of local little league organizations. Tim is an outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing and hunting, as well as traveling and spending time with his family.

 

Lynette Edwards – Director of Customer Financial Relations/Regional Manager: Lynette has been in the staffing industry for 36 years and has been apart of TMD Senior Management for over 21 years. She handles the Accounts Receivable Collections for TMD as well as dealing directly with our clients to ensure correct and accurate billing. Lynette attended Sam Houston State University.
 

 

Melisa Del Rio – Director of Accounting Services: Melisa has been with TMD for 10 years and currently oversees all aspects of Accounting. Melisa successfully migrated TMD’s accounting system to the more efficient Mas200 and is responsible for all reporting and accounts receivables management for our clients. She received her Accounting Degree from the University of Houston.

 

Diana Purvis – Director of Financial Services: Diana has served with TMD Senior Management for 17 years. She is responsible for all of TMD’s technology development and support, as well as our billing function. Diana also plays a major role in the development of customized reporting to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs. She attended North Texas State University and the University of Texas at Arlington.

 

Tom Foster – Risk Manager: Tom has been with TMD for 13 years and is responsible for heading up all safety and risk management training in our field operations. His duties include staying abreast of the ever-changing OSHA laws and certifications, as well as traveling to our various branches to train employees. He also investigates large Workers Compensation Claims and has developed safety programs for TMD’s clients and employees. Tom is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

 

Susie Roth – Claims Manager: Susie has been on staff with TMD for 11 years and is responsible for all insurance claims and assuring all injured employees receive the treatment they require for a timely return to work. Susie also helps with wage verifications and OSHA filings. She assists with safety programs to better serve our customers and ensure the safety of our employees. Susie holds a Workers Comp Adjusters License. She attended a college in the Houston area.

 

David Jones – Manager of System Services and Facilities: David has been with TMD Temporaries for nine years and currently serves as the Manager of System Services and Facilities, responsible for all of software and hardware implementation and maintenance. He is also responsible for all of the system maintenance and backup procedures that keep our computers in efficient running order to best serve our staff and clients. David played a major role in our recent conversion to TempWorks, and regularly attends seminars and training sessions to stay abreast of new technology.

 

Annabette Bennett – Assistant Accounting Manager: Annabette has been handling the tax reporting and profit and loss statements for TMD for the past three years. Her financial background and insight is invaluable to the everyday operations of our company. Annabette attended Baylor University.
 

 

Karl Lucko – Information Systems Manager: Karl has been with the TMD Information Technology Department for three years. Karl’s responsibilities include responding to IT help desk requests, SQL database programming and database maintenance, as well as assisting our clients and branch personnel. Karl recently played a major role in our conversion to TempWorks. He received his MIS degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and regularly attends seminars and training sessions to keep up with the ever-changing technology.
