Tim
Dennis – President and Owner: In all, Tim has 40 years
of experience in the temporary staffing industry. In 1971,
he began working for a national temp agency as a sales representative.
He left the agency in 1987 as the Executive VP and Owner.
From 1987 to 1994, Tim served as President and Owner of a
consolidated group of temporary help companies. In 1994, Tim
opened TMD Temporaries as the President and Owner.
He attended Washburn University where he played college football
and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is also a
member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity Alumni Association.
Tim is on the Board of Directors for Executive Service Corps of Houston (ESCH) and Temporary Services Insurance, Ltd. (TSIL). He is also an annual supporter of the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) and Ducks Unlimited. He is a native Texan who resides in Northwest Houston , where he is an avid supporter of local little league organizations. Tim is an outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing and hunting, as well as traveling and spending time with his family.
Melisa
Del Rio – Controller: Melisa has been with TMD for
13 years and currently serves as Controller, providing professional
management and direction for various financial and business
services. Some of her responsibilities include overseeing
TMD's Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and
Risk Management departments. She is also responsible for managing
purchasing contracts, vendor agreements, and internal/external
audit functions. Melisa works closely with field management
in establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies,
and operating procedures. Melisa graduated from the University
of Houston with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Lynette
Edwards – Director of Customer Financial Relations/Regional
Manager: Lynette has been in the staffing industry
for 39 years and has been apart of TMD Senior Management for
over 24 years. She handles the Accounts Receivable Collections
for TMD as well as dealing directly with our clients to ensure
correct and accurate billing. Lynette attended University
of Houston Community College.
Diana
Purvis – Director of Financial Services: Diana has
served with TMD Senior Management for 20 years. She is responsible
for all of TMD’s technology development and support, as well
as our billing function. Diana also plays a major role in
the development of customized reporting to meet our customers’
ever-changing needs. She attended North Texas State University
and the University of Texas at Arlington.
Susie
Roth – Risk Manager: Susie has been on staff with
TMD for 14 years and is responsible for all insurance claims
and ensuring all injured employees receive the treatment they
require for a timely return to work. Susie also helps with
wage verifications and OSHA filings. She assists with safety
programs to better serve our customers and ensure the safety
of our employees. Susie holds a Workers Comp Adjusters License.
She attended a college in the Houston area.
David
Jones – Manager of System Services and Facilities: David
has been with TMD Temporaries for 12 years and responsible
for all system software and hardware implementation and maintenance.
In addition, David provides mobile and desktop support of all branch and
Corporate personnel. Additional responsibilities are database development,
workflow, and reporting, along with improving the efficiency of our current databases.
David played a major role in our conversion to the TempWorks staffing software,
and regularly attends seminars and training sessions to stay abreast of new technology.
Annabette
Bennett – Accounting Manager: Annabette
has been a tremendous asset and a great resource in accounting
to TMD for the past seven years. Her financial background
and insight is invaluable to the everyday operations of our
company. Annabette attended Baylor University.
