TempWorks: In 2006, TMD partnered with TempWorks to offer one of the best temporary software solutions in the industry. Our front- and back-office software enables TMD to better serve our customers need with specialized invoicing, quality placement, outstanding customer service, customized reporting and many other great features. The employee benefits of our new software include quality job placement, wage reporting, effective time tracking, quick and efficient reporting to government agencies, in office check disbursement to minimize payroll errors, as well as many other useful benefits.
Exchange and TW Mobile: TMD is
now utilizing Microsoft Exchange in conjunction with TempWorks
to offer our customers easier access to our sales and management
staff. The addition of TW Mobile allows staff members to add
or view appointments, contacts and notes right from their
mobile phones. With TW Mobile incorporated into the TempWorks
system, our sales team is able to respond more quickly to
customer requests and fulfill their needs in a more timely
and efficient manner, no matter where they are. It’s just
one more way that TMD ensures the best possible customer service
for our clients.
Kiosks: TMD is
striving to offer the best possible customer service to our
clients and employees. Soon, the use of kiosks at our branch
locations will enable us to provide invaluable convenience
and more timely service to our customers and temporaries.
The kiosks will serve as an alternative to waiting for assistance
from a staff member and then filling out an application by
hand. Kiosks will allow applicants to fill out lengthy sections
of the application at the kiosk before meeting with a staff
member, which allows our staff to devote more time to doing
what we do best ---- fulfilling the needs of our customers
and employees.
WebCenter FX: TempWorks will soon enable TMD to offer our applicants, customers and employees the opportunity to use the internet as an interactive tool. By utilizing WebCenterFX, they will be able to submit applications, place orders and even submit timesheets for approval---all online!
